The JLO will mail renewal materials to all jukebox operators who are currently licensed, and operators should receive their materials in early January 2010. License fees are due by March 15, 2010.
AMOA Members - Please Note: In order to qualify for the AMOA Member discount in 2010, you will need to:
- Send in your 2010 Schedule A and payment by March 15, 2010.
- Pay your AMOA membership dues before sending in your JLO renewal.
- Provide your AMOA Member ID number on the renewal form where indicated.
New operators have 30 days after the placement of the jukebox to obtain a license. The forms needed by new licensees can be downloaded through this web site, or received via regular U.S. postal service by contacting the JLO.
